Varun Dhawan Backs Priyanka Chopra Over The Dress Row On Social Media

AP2TG Staff

It has been a couple of days, people didn’t stop slamming the actress Priyanka Chopra for the way she dressed while meeting the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Priyanka, well known for her versatility and boldness, now popularly called as Baywatch’s actress is on news for all absolute reasons since she made her debut in Quantico.

Though she was completely disconnected from Indian movies, her relationship with India was on news at every moment, she never leaves any stone unturned when it is about meeting someone prominent or doing something that has to be done.

She, on Tuesday, met our Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Berlin, this is observed as a mere coincidence both of them in Germany all of sudden. Both met, post their meeting, Priyanka shared the pictures of her with the Prime Minister and the rest is toplining the news portals, as the way she dressed while meeting such a dignitary is quite eccentric.

Netizens slammed her as she sat in front of Modi with her legs visible and crossed.

This how social media has reacted:

Some quoted her deed as “Haw how shameless,” and there’s where everything has begun, the lament of trolls and career slut-shamers on social media didn’t let anything on her side. So, how did the Baywatch star reply to all the trolling? Priyanka Chopra flashed some more legs on social media and this time in conjunction with mother Madhu Chopra who is actually a catalyst on her take.

However, the way she took a dig at the offended ones is quite bold and straight, in her post she wrote, “Legs for days…. #itsthegenes with @madhuchopra nights out in #Berlin #beingbaywatch.”

After all, this happened in the span of two days, finally, Varun Dhawan has opened up about the issue absolutely defending her. He even praised her performance in the most awaited ‘Baywatch’ movie.

“She is someone we all should be proud of in our country…She is making our country proud abroad. All this is very stupid and social media trolling is not something that needs to become a national issue.”

Varun opened about this while he was attending the screening of PC’s Baywatch.
