The whole country celebrated Children’s Day yesterday. It’s one of the special days for children to enjoy and ask their parents whatever they want. Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan’s son Taimur also got a gift from his dad. Taimur is about to celebrate his first birthday in December and he already got a gift.

The super cute Taimur Ali Khan will be turning a year old this December and a month before that he is being showered with a swanky Children’s Day present. Saif Ali Khan surely knows what to gift the little nawab. Now, Taimur Ali Khan is the proud owner of a swanky Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT (which reportedly cost him Rs. 1.07 crore).

According to the reports, Saif, who was clicked checking out a brand new swanky SRT reportedly revealed that this is going to be the Children’s Day present for the munchkin at home. The Chef star’s first co-passenger will not be his actress wife Kareena Kapoor but his almost one-year-old son Taimur.

He has been quoted as saying, “There is a baby-seat in the back of the car, so I think I will take Taimur out for a ride in it.” The ‘Rangoon’ actor said, “I think I’ll give him this car. Security is also very important and there is a baby-seat too. I think Taimur will love the color, nice cherry red jeep. I have thought that I will keep this car for him.”

The Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT is the flagship SUV made by the US-based car manufacturer Jeep, which is a part of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) group. Powered by a 6.4-Litre HEMI V8 engine, the SUV churns out 624 Nm of peak torque.

Saif is also a fan of the brand and has grown up with the Willys Jeep that his family owned. The keys of the SRT were handed over by Kevin Flynn – President and Managing Director, FCA India.

Saif Ali Khan was last seen in Chef and before that in Rangoon (which was his first release of 2017). Both films tanked at the box office. His upcoming films are Kaalakaandi and Baazaar. He will also star in Netflix series Sacred Games.
