We all know that MS Dhoni is one of the smartest stumpers in the history of the cricket. Dhoni has a great vision that he won’t miss any chance behind the stumps. In fact, he creates chances from nowhere and helps Indian cricket team by taking wicket purely because of his master class behind the stumps.
There is no doubt that Dhoni’s lightening quick reflexes leave opponents clueless. But in the ongoing ODI series between India and West Indies, Dhoni had displayed an incredible calm as he stumped Jason Holder quite in slow motion.
It took place in 37th over where Holder was on strike and Kuldeep Yadav was bowling. Kuldeep bowled a flighted delivery which was difficult for Holder to read. Holder came down the track, looking to smash the ball down the ground and missed to hit it.
Even before Holder knew it, the ball was poached by Dhoni behind the stumps. The Caribbean skipper could do nothing but only see Dhoni’s slowest stumping ever. He was so far down the wicket that Dhoni had all the time in the world to take the bails off.
