Bandipotu Telugu Movie Review, Rating
Jahnavi (Eesha) contacts Vishwa (Allari Naresh) after watching him cheat corrupt rich people and help the poor.
Jahnavi comes with a proposal to bring the downfall of Makaranda Rao (Tanikella Bharani), business magnate Seshagiri (Rao Ramesh) and politician Bhale Babu (Posani Krishna Murali).
To find out why Jhanavi came with the proposal and whether Vishwa accepted it and what happens next, watch Bandipotu on silver screen.
Allari Naresh performed well but he did not get opportunity to showcase his talent and entertain viewers. Eesha looked good but she got limited role to perform. Rao Ramesh performed well as a wicked villain while Tanikella Bharani, Posani Krishna Murali did well.
Sampoornesh Babu and Saptagiri attracted with their comedy. Others like Subhalekha Sudhakar performed according to the story.
Kalyani Koduri’s music is ok. Background score is good. Cinematography of PG.Vinda is attractive. Sravan Katikineni’s editing could have been far better. Dialogues are average.
Mohana Krishna Indraganti could have added more humour and given more importance to Naresh. Production values are good.
Comedy bits of Sampoornesh Babu, Saptagiri
Lack of humour
Mohana Krishna Indraganti came with routine plot and with lack of twists and turns, story fell flat. Right from the start viewers could guess the next scene. With Allari Naresh’s role not getting any of his hilarious trademark dialogues, Bandipotu failed to entertain movie lovers. Viewers are disappointed with the lack of comedy that is generally associated with Naresh’s films.
Slow pace, weak screenplay and direction, poor songs placement undid the film. Indraganti failed to make use of the star comedians like Saptagiri and Sampoornesh Babu along with Allari Naresh. He failed completely as a director with the uninspiring story.
